February 8, 2022: It is Not Healthy To Stress Over What We Eat

I truly think this plays a big role in why our health improves so much when we embark on an intuitive eating journey.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We all know how bad stress is for us. So imagine: what if you were able to eliminate a major stressor that exists daily?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because be real right now: how often are you worrying about the food you're eating? The calories consumed? The marco count? The number on the scale? If you're "being healthy" or not?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bottom line is this: we eat every single day. Every day! So even if it's a little bit of stress around food... we have that little bit of stress every single day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now: imagine that stress being gone.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That's a daily worry: just... *gone.*
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No wonder our health improves with intuitive eating, ya'll!
