private coaching
In private coaching, we work 1:1 together for a minimum of 6 months (virtually) on your own unique relationship to food/body/exercise/self.
I empower my clients to heal their relationship with food, exercise, their bodies and most importantly: themselves. I combine the evidence-based system of intuitive eating, masters level body image work, and the transformational coaching method to transform my clients’ lives from the inside, out. This isn’t surface-level, quick-fix work. As one client recently described it, we play the ‘long-game’ when it comes to your health, body image and well-being. We do master-level coaching so that we can reprogram your relationship to food/body/exercise/self at the level of beliefs and identity.
Through this work, you not only learn how to eat with pleasure and ease, how to move your body from a place of love, and how to respect your body; but you also unlock what it means to truly live a life attuned with your body and your intuition. This work allows you to access your fullest capabilities and live your absolute biggest life.
