I’m passionate about intuitive eating coaching because of my own history, my own struggle in my body. It’s what drove me to graduate school to study how mass media and interpersonal communication impact body image, and to get my three different coaching certifications.

Intuitive Eating is the evidence-based, science-backed process of learning how to reconnect with your body’s natural cues to make eating feel easy (and fun!) again. It’s literally the opposite of a diet.

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I’ll help you let go of harmful diet culture programming and discover what feeling good means to you through a totally weight-neutral approach. The truth is, body diversity is real and health is not a size or number, but our society praises the thin ideal. Together, we’ll unpack that to find what you truly desire for total body love, health, and liberation.

And I mean it when I say, the transformational coaching method is powerful. When we can reprogram the way you relate to your body from the inside out, that’s where the real and lasting change will come from. That’s the good stuff, friends!
